DRIVER ARRESTED FOR DUI AFTER STRIKING TREE

IMG_014711/03/13 An early morning accident at about 1:20 am this morning, resulted in the arrest of the driver of a vehicle that ran off the road, flipped, and struck a tree. No one was injured when a, unidentified at this time, driver was traveling south on Fred Bohannon Road and control of the vehicle was lost and the truck crashed into a tree. Officers arrived on the scene to find a driver that openly admitted to drinking too much alcohol and driving.

The Georgia State Patrol is investigating the accident.
